1. Subject of the agreement
The seller provides an automated crawl of publicly accessible pages on one domain specified by the buyer when placing the order. The crawl covers up to 20 pages, which the buyer selects before paying; the selection cannot be changed afterwards. Each selected page is processed once, and at most twice more if it fails. Access to the results is valid for 30 days.
The crawl evaluates publicly accessible HTML using deterministic rules. It does not guarantee search rankings, citations by language models, or a website free of errors.
2. Orders and formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed when the price is paid through the payment gateway. No account or registration is required. Access is tied to the domain specified in the order and the link sent by email.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are final and include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The seller does not have access to payment card details.
An invoice is issued for each payment and emailed with the payment confirmation.
4. Delivery
Digital content is made available promptly after payment through a link sent to the email address provided at checkout. The link grants access, and the buyer must protect it from being shared.
5. Withdrawal from the agreement
For digital content delivered before the withdrawal period expires, the buyer expressly consents to delivery beginning and acknowledges that this results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement. See the Withdrawal Policy for details.
6. Complaints
Procedures and time limits are set out in the Complaints Policy.
7. Supervisory authority and dispute resolution
Compliance is supervised by the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Inspectorate for the Prešov Region, Obrancov mieru 6, 080 01 Prešov 1 (soi.sk).
Consumers may contact an alternative dispute resolution body. Contact details are available in the European Commission’s list of consumer dispute resolution bodies.
8. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
