Withdrawal Policy

1. Right to withdraw

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the date the agreement is formed.

2. When the right ends

Under Section 19(1) of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, consumers lose the right to withdraw from an agreement for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium if:

  1. they expressly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period ends,
  2. they acknowledged being informed that they would lose the right to withdraw, and
  3. the seller provided confirmation that the agreement was formed.

The buyer gives this consent at checkout by selecting the relevant declaration. The crawl is made available promptly after payment, so the right to withdraw ends when access is provided.

3. How to withdraw while the right still applies

To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement by email to support@fukamo.com or in writing to Nové nábrežie 15021/5, 058 01 Poprad, Slovak Republic.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If the right to withdraw still applies and the consumer exercises it, the seller will refund the payment using the same method by which it was received, without undue delay.
