Withdraw from the contract

As a consumer you can withdraw from your contract for a Fukamo service within 14 days without giving a reason. Fill in your details, check them and confirm. We send you a confirmation by e-mail straight away.

Your details

The receipt number from the payment e-mail, or the website and the date of payment. You find it in the payment confirmation e-mail from Stripe or in the e-mail with your access to the audit. If you do not have it, leave the field empty: we find the order by your e-mail.

What happens next

A withdrawal does not refund anything automatically: we record it and assess it. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we learned of your withdrawal, by the same means of payment you used.

If you expressly asked at the order for the service to start immediately, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what has already been provided. Once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal ends.
